That's right -- Mel was straight-forward, honorable, apologetic, praised the policemen, etc. in his statement. Kennedys just keep saying, "I didn't do it." "He made me do it." "Nobody here but me."
Mel has a whole lot more character than Teddy.
Well, it's great that he apologized, but he's still a bigot.
