I doubt it. He will have to do penance for a long time to convince skeptics-but-we-gave-him-the-benefit-of-the-doubt that he is not an anti-semite.

Something will soon knock this out of the news (I give it 3 weeks tops) and accompanied by his apologies he will be just as popular and maybe more so because of the publicity.
