She could of tried asking for a cash equivalent for the prize, maybe even a little less than the value of the car. She could of then paid some of the cash as taxes kept the rest, and then try to fly beneath the radar in Texas.

Looks like Louisiana denied her benefits when she won the car, and she moved to Texas to see if she could get them here....
