Our President basically stands ALONE surrounded by cowards, back-stabbers and fifth columnists, there are exceptions of course, but I think they can be counted on one hand but history tells us that this is often the case.

I agree with your post. The Republicans in Congress have been fearful to stand firmly in support of the President, and more importantly, our sons and daughters (my son, too), who are putting their lives on the line to protect us from terrorists who want us all dead.

But I do think it needs to be said that it is the Rats who are 'playing games' above all.

And frankly, I don't think they give a rip about any of our soldiers. And some, like Murtha and Kerry, are actively working to get our guys killed, IMO.

And I don't know what kind of game makes any decent human being do that.

I couldn't have said it better, disgusting isn't it? I hope others are as outraged and enraged as we, maybe we'll be able to put all that rage to work somehow, all for the better of course.

Meanwhile, my heart and prayers go out constantly for our men and women in uniform sacrificing so much for our benefit and for the benefit of others around the world regardless if they appreciate it or not. May their rewards be great--and they will.
