About two years ago, he teamed up with Sen. Chuckie-Cheese "I Love Israel More than Anybody" Schumer (Socialist, N. Y.)in connection with a study purporting to show how bad free trade is for the economy.
This odd couple held a big joint press conference, that was featured prominently on C-Span. The study was total balderdash -- so much so that apparently it didn't even create a "buzz" in left-wing circles.
Maybe somebody in the right-wing media should get the tape of that joint appearance and re-run, re-run, re-run it to the max. It surely would give Chuckie a warm, fuzzy feeling!

I am a subscriber to the "Conservative Chronicle" which prints colums from many conservative/libertarian writers. PCR used to be in there. He no longer is. I suspect that they cancelled him when he went off of the deep end.

I question their judgment. The NY Post dropped him after he wrote that Jews could not have been gassed by the Nazis! Even G. Gordon Lidden felt called upon to comment on Pat's lunacy. I would not be surprised if he were eventually dropped by them.
That's where I first read him, too. I haven't subscribed to it for a while now, so it's interesting to read that he's no longer published there.
I wouldn't be surprised either. And I wouldn't lament it.
