And now Kofi has decided to pull the 50 U.N. observers off the Lebanese border and replace them with lightly armed U.N. "peacekeepers". If I were one of hose "peacekeepers", I'd refuse to be sent into a major war zone. I'd wait until it was safe for me to start looting and pillaging.
