If by pro-life you mean allowing the continual operation of thousands of extermination camp / eugenic centers to thrive across America (called "fertilization clinics" in newspeak), then yes he is very pro-life. He's a president, not a monarch.
Contact your congressman as he is the one who moves legislation.

Have you noticed the things that have happened in Bush's 6 years in office? Abortion, illegal Immigration, outsourcing, etc. Gosh life was good 6 years ago.
