Loral was a corruptly-operated DemocRAT-managed firm. As far as the moral accountability chain goes...it was first and foremost the Chinese Communists in collusion with a willing DemocRAT accomplice in Loral, along with the other DemocRAT accomplices in the Xlinton Administration who proliferated...and also betrayed American know-how for personal and political gain...and at another remove, the RINOs and their ilk who looked the other way, and aided and abetted the "rehabilitation" of these traitors.
