The lack of empathy is unfreakingbelievable. The guy is 105 stores up with black smoke filling the room.
I will be glad to simulate the conditions with a simple smoke bomb if anybody would like to prove their composure.
The last thing Jefferson heard was Beamer saying:
"God help me. Jesus help me. Are you ready? Let's roll."
The tape is heartwrenching. I probably would have been nasty in the same situation. Or maybe I would just plead and cry for help. Clearly he doesn't understand the immense scale of what was happening and reacts to feeling as if he was being ignored.
