HIV is not only a Gay disease. This same scenario could happen with any one of the 10 people being out that day due to medical reasons. One of the guys could have been out getting tested for the clap, for crabs,or for any number of other medical reasons or just other reasons in general.

There is no reason why any person who is physically and mentally fit should be allowed to defend and serve Thieu country if they choose to. I much rather have them standing next to me defending the country then some code pinko or other leftist who was forced to be there.

That is my point, exactly. The fact that the guy is not there that day does not matter for what reason - it could be any reason - therefore the argument is a red herring and irrelevant.

The bottom line is the militant homosexual agenda behind opening the military floodgates to gays. I served for too damn long to see the Left totally destroy the military instead of only partially screwing it up as they have to this point.

I don't have a problem with DADT and that line needs to be held aggressively and fought tooth and nail to not allow the Left to cross that line. Play by our rules or take a hike. It's about the entire Hate America, Hate Conservative Values, Leftist agenda that is behind the push for open homosexuals in the military.
