I don't think that's an armrest her chin is on, I think that is the seat itself. Could be a minivan, or it could be the front seat of a passenger car with the driver's seat reclined and we don't see the pillar post just off to the right because of the angle of the photograph.
My other reason for thinking it's a mini-van - why would the girl in front be in the driver's seat (unless it was shot in England)?
