Well, get the laws changed then.
Seems you are really super protective of the husband. Wonder why he is to have no blame, wonder why the one committing the murders is the only one who had the responsibility for those children.
Guess if a woman has a heart attack, you would expect her to still clean, care for the children and cook.
Do you say there are no mental problems in society? If so, why are the deranged in institutions? Why aren't they in the work force earning their way? If the brain can have no damage then put them all to work, let them all take care of their families, let them run the country. Altzeimer's must be a fallacy - those people are just pretending and they can remember, they know who people are - they just want someone to take care of them.
Afterall, there are no dysfunctional brains, they are just using that as an excuse.

Crazy people are discriminated against because people assume they are all capable of snapping and committing violent acts. Andrea Yates just reinforces that stereotype. Only a big government nanny type would want all crazy people people locked up.
This verdict is meant to send the message to women that feminists and other elite snobs will stand behind them if they murder their children. The feminists and fellow travelers love neither women or crazy people. They hate children ,because they know children will grow up and destroy the utopia our self proclaimed betters have tried to create.
I am disgusted with people who want men to assume a paternalistic role over their wives. If there is something wrong with the little lady, send her to the doctor. It is okay to have sex with the little lady ,even if she is crazy, as long as she is neutered ,or you have been spaded.

Keeping this pinged, check out Mona Charen's column ... and she's no radical liberal feminist or child-hater ... that will be released today (Friday 7/28), she really takes out after Rusty Yates.
