The people of South Carolina removed the flag from their dome, which was a compromise agreed to by all. The only flag is at a Confederate Soldiers Memorial, which is appropriate. The NAACP is trying to change the rules, regardless of the feelings of the electorate in that state.
The NAACP does not deserve or merit such power.

You know I'm no fan of the CSA, but the NAACP is often too unyielding and too broad in its rhetoric in this matter. It would not dilute the NAACP's legitimate concerns one bit to behave as if the other side needed persuading and not browbeating.
