Uh, not to belabor the obvious, but al-Maliki is a Shi'ite and utterly dependent on Shi'ite support. in Iraq. The Arab League is almost entirely Sunni. You make it sound like al-Maliki's being Shi'a would make it easier to condemn Hezbollah. Unfortunately, the opposite is true.
