No, I asked you a number of questions that you have, so far, refused to answer. Please post said insult.
It seems the child had stepped on the mirror. Doesn't sound as though the mirror was attached real well.
Certainly the mother should have noticed if the child were repeatedly trying to climb up on the mirror. What a terrible shame.
