I was in my backyard watching my 4 year old swing on a swing he fell off and broke his wrist...Is that my fault??? was I NOT personally responsible for my 4 year old

Back yard on a swing is DEFINITELY different than being in a crowed store where people know bad things happen. i.e. kidnapping. Goes on all the time.
