Projection on your part. I've never called it other than heartbreaking and a tragedy. Unfortunately, one that could have been avoided. The reason the 3 yr old shouldn't have been left 5 feet away by the mirror was because HE COULD GET HURT. What a concept.

I was not looking to get you angry, just pointing out that you are in no position to critiize this woman based upon the story you relayed about how your mother dealt with you and your siblings.
By your own words you stated your mother left you and your siblings more than 5 feet away from her. And out of her sight. All you have done is harp on the fact the child was 5feet away and she didn't see him.
You have no idea if this woman was bringing up her children the same way your mother, or my mother, or you or I.
