Well, one of my brothers (also a FReeper) has a terrible recipe for coffee. He only gives the recipe to people crazy enough to ask. A few fellow posters have tried said recipe, with interesting results. One poster spoke of leaving some out while camping & finding a deer had drank some. It went ballistic & had to be "subdued".
The freepers pinged are the ones who could relate that story better.
