You're not around kids very much are you?
Nieces and nephews mainly, and they are very well behaved in and out of public. No running around stores, I hear yes 'mam, no 'mam, please and thank you.
Other peoples kids, I usually can't tolerate due to their parents indulgence spoiling them. I prefer kids that mind. Too much can happen to them or others when they don't.
Question: Who would be at fault if a three year old child ran into an adult, tripping them and causing them to hit their head on some ornamental work at WalMart..lets say the adult died. Is Walmart at fault, the kid, or the parent?
