Lebanon: rejecting Rice's proposals, but accepting humanitarian aid?
I read that the proposal she put forward is the same as Israel govt. Hard to believe.
Either we have gotten tougher or Israelis have gone softer.

I'm thinking this aid is being sent so that we have plenty of personel in the area for when this situation ramps up.
