accuweather.com reports that at 3:18pm its 111 degrees, but the 'RealFeel' is 118 degrees. What's up with that? I'm not sure...I just know it's darn HOT!

It is the opposite of the "chill factor" - a combination of heat and humidity. Living in a humid east coast city like DC feels much hotter than the same thermometer reading would feel on a desert.
