Someone just doesn't get it. He's showing a childish and shallow -- or a blindly biased -- grasp of the context. What part of "one side attacks civilians by preference and hides behind civilians when it must fight, while the other side is fighting for its survival but trying very hard to avoid civilian casualties" is giving these people trouble?
