President Bush is "cognizant" of the fact terrorists may be entering the U.S. illegally. He's "cognizant" about it and still allows it to occur -- aids it and encourages it in fact. That's saying saomething Tony.

Which is why he plans to sign
the FTA that allows Omani's to fly crop dusters here. And when the MEFTA is signed, everyone in the Middle East all get to come here to fly crop dusters.
