You obviously don't live in TX, NM, AZ, or CA. Yes, we do have open borders, and we are drowning in illegals. And yes, there have been Korans and Islamic literature found amid the mountains of trash in the AZ desert. No Mexicans left those. Please go back and do some research.
First, INS does not issue visas.
Second, Atta's 'change of status' was approved by INS before 9/11.
Third, the 'change of status' letter was sent six months late, due to a back log with the contractor.
All of this is well documented on FR.
To bad what they have been working on for the past 5 years, isn't working.
We already know it's 'Open".
If we were politically irrelevant, the Senate bill would have passed by now.
