Leading Bigfoot Search Suing For Breach Of Contract
SAN FRANCISCO -- The latest bigfoot sighting in Northern California isn't deep in the woods or high on a mountain, but in a courthouse.
One of the leading searchers for the legendary creature, Thomas Biscardi, is suing the Great American Bigfoot Research Organization.
Biscardi alleges breach of contract, claiming the group never paid to use keepsakes he collected in his pursuits -- including a plaster impression of the hairy beast's foot.
Biscardi claimed that Bigfoot Research agreed to pay him $215,000 for his collection of supposed Bigfoot evidence.
But Biscardi maintained the suburban San Francisco company only made one initial payment.
He's suing for $185,000 plus interest and the return of his rare Bigfoot stash.
Biscardi said he hopes the items are returned so he can tour with his library and new evidence found this week near Paris, Texas.
Attorneys for Bigfoot Research haven't commented yet.
Still, $215K for some grainy photos and a couple of plaster casts is a pretty good day for the seller, I wonder if he listed it on Ebay......

His lawyers in preparation for the case.
$215k for another 'Bigfoot' scam. When are these kool-aid gulping dolts going to wake-up?
