Anyone watching CNN? They're interviewing a 16 year old kid who just got back. What was he doing over there by himself? Anyone know the story?

Yes, I saw him. His father was over there doing business in Lebanon and took his father along. The mother didn't look Lebanonese and the kid had red hair--looked like his mom. His name is Ryan, so I assume that she may be Irish? But I did have a question about him. I saw him interviewed on CNN and he said that his dad got on the ship to Cyprus and from there was going on to Morocco. They separated b/c Ryan learned that the flight was coming into BWI and they lived in MD. Then I saw him a few minutes later on Fox. But this time he said that his dad would be going on to Turkey. I just wondered...
