You're being far too kind to UNIFIL. They've set up joint positions with Hezbollah in many places, and sat idly by while the "army of allah" lobbed missiles at civilians in Israel.

Anyway..I think KOFI is trying to stay out of Iran's doghouse...
I think HE is afraid of Iran..and I have thought that Al-Baradei has been afraid of them for a long time.
Therefore, nothing he says should mean a darn thing to Israel or the USA...ignore him.
