It does make sense that a mosque under construction would contain a bunker though, so they could both be true.

I'd be willing to BET that EVERY set of blueprints for Hezbollah underground bunkers ALL have one wall of, or a post or something on the surface, and a nearby sign on it saying: "Future Mosque, brought to you by your leader Nasrallah".

Same as all the construction signs around here... used to say "... your leader Michael Dukakis", then those were replaced by "... William Weld", "... Jane Swift", "Mitt Romney", etc etc.
