You might want to read some of the post that explain this position before you get too worked up over it. BTW, these people got to Lebanon without my money, I see no reason why they can't pay their way back without using my money.

I'd bet almost all of them flew into Beruit. Now that the airport is full of craters it will be hard for them to fly out. The overland route is also a big smoking crater.

I'm not sure I want the taxpayers to foot the bill, but I'm willing to bet that re-booking or trying to make other arrangements to leave is rather difficult right now.
