Anybody who goes to a country dominated by a terrorist organization is using poor judgment.

What about our many brave contractors in Iraq? Personally, I wouldn't have vacationed in Lebanon, but I think rebel_yell is there in connection with his job at the IMF. Such people deserve our sympathy and prayers, imo. We can yell at the crazy ones later but right now I want US gov't to get our people out of there.

Contractors in Iraq have security protection built into their contracts, for one thing. For another, they know the risks and are willing to take them because the pay is so lucrative. They aren't there getting in the way or la-de-da vacationing. Third, our military is already there, so an exit strategy is easier to put into play.
