I can well imagine that there were times you were in a difficult spot in those countries and without the technology and communication available to our military today, it must have been, well, I'd say frightening, but you're a guy and probably wouldn't admit to that. So I'll just say it was probably challenging.

The post about people sending sons and daughters is what started your whole exchange with the banned person. Yes, you were calling her a liar over the other issue, you also harped on her for not answering that question- maybe she did not remember where she read that about the sons and daughters in the military- but it was there, just because you did not see it, doesn't mean it's not there. You repeatedly harped at her for not answering this question and repeatedly called her a liar in many messages without making it clear which question she didn't answer or which thing you were calling her a liar about. You have yet to show proof that she lied on this thread about anything. She may have been mistaken; that does not mean she was lying. You made mistakes on this thread also- you said rebel_yell2 worked for the IDF in post #897, obviously that is not true- so are you a liar- or are you mistaken?

I've read tons of posts to Rebel over the last few days and have yet to see a single one from someone whose family is involved in the rescue efforts.

And, it seems to have escaped the notice of a lot of freepers here that Rebel was involved with the IDF in helping Lebanon's budding democracy; he was registered with the UN, the US and thought his registration from the State Department had gone through.

Yes, thank you. I meant IMF. I have to leave shortly and will leave other posters to absolutely destroy these live threads by attacking a freeper who is trying to help a fledgling democracy in Lebanon and is frustrating and likely quite scared, although since he's a guy, he won't admit that.

I've said my piece and have noted which freepers haven't got a single solitary Christian bone in their bodies, despite their holier than thou attitudes.

I don't expect you to admit saying that, or to tell the truth about what it means. I learned long ago what to expect of you, and you've never let me down.
I have a news flash for you. It is possible to love God and Country at the same time. It is possible to disagree with someone who blames the USA and Israel for a situation that was created by terrorists (and willingly walked into by them) and still be a Christian. It is possible to send up genuine prayers for someone's safety and well being, without agreeing with everything they say. It is possible to be a Christian without being full of the hatred I see you display on an almost daily basis. And it is possible to be a Christian without demanding that all Christians should have your failings.

#1. So if you're admitting that a poster was suspended/banned for arguing with a mod, why did you say maybe you'd get banned too for arguing with me?

#2. That freeper had every right to be frustrated with me. He/she said that freepers had family members involved with the extraction and it was upsetting to read Rebel's words. When I asked for a link and who was involved in the extraction (so I could thank them) none was given.

#3. That same freeper said I'd damned him/her to hell. When I asked for a link to that, he/she couldn't provide one. In other words, that freeper lied.

#4. Which question didn't I answer from said freeper?

#5. How am I going to get a freeper banned? For arguing with me? Once again, no one got banned for arguing with me but for arguing with a mod.

The paranoid level here is so high I wonder how people would do surrounded by bombs and people who want to kill Americans.

Ok, well maybe your definition of harp is different than mine, I will rephrase- You brought up in several posts to others and to the banned poster that she had not answered that question. I note that in post 911 you said the banned poster was "lying again" so if you didn't mean she lied about people's children being part of the rescue- then when did she lie to you about the first time?

Those are of course not all your posts, or the banned poster's posts, as normally happens there were a lot of back and forth posts- all I was trying to show was that it did seem to me that the exchange started with her saying something to you about "ones sending sons and daughters" and progressed into the exchange where she thought you were condemning her and others to hell. I'm still not sure why she took it that way, but I still do think she was mistaken, not lying.
