Yes, attacks on Lebanese Army facilities represent significant escalation. Hezbollah is one thing, the Lebanese government and military are quite another.

Since I haven't been watching for this specifically it may have occurred frequently before, in which case, disregard this post.

yes, significant escalation, but does any of this really matter if boots are not put on the ground in southern lebanon, the vermin will just crawl out of their foxholes if the IDF doesn't go in and root them out. By the way, what to you make of the report of the 2 hostages being held in the Iranian embassy in Beirut?
