That is an acquired look. At least it was for me, I had to work on mine. My mom came by it naturally. I think it was her fullblooded Italian and Catholic heritage.
I practiced my "mom" look for months before I had my kids...
It worked great for my son...he crumbled at my look.
My daughter...it just made her more ornery.....LOL
