I have a few questions for Den Dodd...

1. who would he like this envoy to speak to? The Israeli government? The Lebanese Gov? What good would that do?

2. Should this envoy meet with Nasrallah, the head of a terrorist organization? Should we be negotiating with a terrorist organization?

3. Should we also send an envoy to negotiate with Osama Bin Laden?
