This is silly.

I'm not sure what would be gained by changing the verbiage from "War on Terror" to "World War III" except a lot of fear.

WWI and WWII drum up visions of 100's of thousands of Americans killed. This is a different war than those where Europeans involved themselves in carnage galore.

If you ask me, we need to be fearful. The enemy we are facing is insane, ruthless, determined, and large. Far too many people wrongly view this war as little more than something they see on the news that is only going taking place thousands of miles away - something that doesn't really affect them directly. As for 100's of thousands of Americans killed - it will most certainly happen, and sooner than you think, if we don't get 100% serious and start treating this thing like the world war that it is. People in this country need to realize this and start preparing themselves for a fight to the death.
