I think I can see a towline fixed. Slack in one picture, but a little more taught in another. Or the anchor? Post 52 picture I can't see a tow line. I might be wrong but the ship especially the bow is riding high and the HIT is now above water line. That tells me it's underway either on it's own power or by a towing vessel doing a rather considerable speed. It looks that way to me but I may be wrong.
