What these terrorists are faling to realize is that just because you can kill a couple thousand American civilians ( as awful as it is I know!) it doesn't cripple our governement or our military in any way. We hit tem back so much harder. It really makes no sense in my mind why they even bother. I know, we're talking about some pretty ignorant folks here!
But yes, I do believe they would be given the green light. But I also believe (I get criticized often for this!) that government in the states has been doing a great job preventing terrorist attacks.
