stopem, don't get bent. Too many here worship at the altar of free market.
Except when the shoe is on the other foot and "Economics 101" says if not enough workers are willing to take a job at a certain wage, then instead of having to pay more, which again is Econ 101, it is perfectly acceptable to hire illegals.
It's Corporate America's God Given Right to profit. Taxpayers be damned.

And if these low wagers have NO job you are going to pay less? I doubt it. These low paying jobs are for entry level. If a person is worth more they will be paid more in order to keep them. There is no surplus of competent workers. Employees should be paid according to their worth, not some arbitrary amount set by politicians.

Well, since welfare benefits are not unlimited anymore, it really doesn't matter. We just wait for them to starve to death. Problem solved.
