Amen to 'praying for the peace of jerusalem'. God will bless those who bless her and curse those who curse her.

Our Father, for your people Israel in the bomb shelters, from the pen of Your Servant David, in the Name of the Son of David, we come, lamenting before Thee and making our petition. O hear! O answer from heaven!

Psalm 142

Prayer for Help in Trouble.
Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A Prayer.

I cry aloud with my voice to the LORD;
I make supplication with my voice to the LORD.
I pour out my complaint before Him;
I declare my trouble before Him.
When my spirit was overwhelmed within me,
You knew my path
In the way where I walk
They have hidden a trap for me.
Look to the right and see;
For there is no one who regards me;
There is no escape for me;
No one cares for my soul.
I cried out to You, O LORD;
I said, "You are my refuge,
My portion in the land of the living.
Give heed to my cry,
For I am brought very low;
Deliver me from my persecutors,
For they are too strong for me.
Bring my soul out of prison,
So that I may give thanks to Your name;
The righteous will surround me,
For You will deal bountifully with me."

Numbers 6:22-26

The LORD said to Moses,

"Tell Aaron and his sons, 'This is how you are to bless the Israelites.
Say to them:

" ' "The LORD bless you and keep you;

the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you;

the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace." '

Amen! Hear our Prayers, Lord God of Israel, and Rescue the People of David, through Loving Grace!

O God, insolent men Rise Up against me;
Violent men are Trying to Kill me.
And You mean Nothing to them.
But You, O Lord, are a Merciful and Gracious God,
Slow to get Angry,
Full of Unfailing Love and Truth.
Look Down and have Mercy on me.
Give Strength to Your servant;
Yes, Save me, for I am Your Servant.
Send me a Sign of Your Favor.
Then those who Hate me will be Put to Shame,
For You, O LORD, Help and Comfort me. (Ps.86:14-17)

thank you so much for those inspiring words, .30Carbine.

I know that many are praying on numerous threads, but I invite all of you to share our prayers for Israel here once again. They are fighting for their very survival as a nation, and for the right to their live their lives in their ancestral homeland.
_____________________________________-

Dear Lord, we pray that You will bless and keep Israel and her people. At times it seems the whole world is arrayed against the people of Israel. But if You be for them, Lord, who can be against them? We pray that You will bring them strength and courage for the coming battles.

Lord, help those brave souls who are trying to raise the alarm in the West about this terrible worldwide scourge of Islamic terrorism. Strengthen their voices, and allow eyes and ears to be opened finally,so that their message is heard before it is too late.

We pray also for the captured Israelis, that they will feel the prayers for them from all around the world in their terrible loneliness. We pray for their families and the pain and grief they are enduring. We pray most earnestly that You will bring them home to those who love them.

Amen

Amen, Lord! May those who have ensnared them be set to confusion as You give Your angels charge over each captured Israeli. Show them a way of escape, dear Lord, and let not one hair on their heads be harmed. We ask this in the Name of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

"Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the LORD, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive."
Jeremiah 29:12-14

It is impossible for any man to seek the Living and True God with all his heart, mind, soul, strength, and fail to find the Lord Jesus Christ. His sheep hear His voice, and not one of them shall be lost. Jesus and the Father are One. Amen: for Israel! She will see her King!

Psalm 130
A Song of Ascents.
1 Out of the depths I have cried to You, O LORD;
2 Lord, hear my voice!
Let Your ears be attentive
To the voice of my supplications.

3 If You, LORD, should mark iniquities,
O Lord, who could stand?
4 But there is forgiveness with You,
That You may be feared.

5 I wait for the LORD, my soul waits,
And in His word I do hope.
6 My soul waits for the Lord
More than those who watch for the morning—
Yes, more than those who watch for the morning.

7 O Israel, hope in the LORD;
For with the LORD there is mercy,
And with Him is abundant redemption.
8 And He shall redeem Israel
From all his iniquities.

Amen to your Prayers, and Heart's Cries for Israel!

"You are my Servant, Israel, and you will bring Me Glory."

...Sing for Joy, O Heavens! Rejoice, O Earth! Burst into Song, O Mountains! For the LORD has Comforted His people and will have Compassion on them in their Sorrow.

Yet Jerusalem says, "The LORD has Deserted us; the Lord has Forgotten us."

"Never! Can a Mother Forget her Nursing Child? Can she Feel No Love for a Child she has Borne? But even if that were Possible, I would not Forget you! See, I have Written your Name on My Hand." (Isaiah49)
