I disagree with the conclusion of this article. The NYTimes SHOULD be charged with treason.
Regarding these people and their beliefs that The 1st Amendment means that we all need to know everything: In the military, EVEN those who have the security clearance REQUIRED to be privy to specific information are DENIED ACCESS UNLESS THEY HAVE THE NEED TO KNOW.
Access requires BOTH the clearance AND the need-to-know.
