You believe a Congressional ban on concealed carry nationwide is permissable under the 2nd Amendment? No. I belive it could be argued that this would be premissable, under the current wording of the Second, but only if there was 100% uninfringed Right to carry openly.

Why are you pushing to make our RKBA a federal issue rather than a state issue, knowing Congress could pass constitutional legislation banning concealed carry?
