yes, he is still missing. The Israeli's took an interesting step today (yesterday). They appealed to the Intl Red Cross and the Red Cross asked Hamas to visit the soldier to make sure he was being treated in accordance with international standards.
Hamas says no to this.
This tells me 2 things:
1. He is either not well or no longer with us
2. Media hypocracy is demonstrated again, for the last week we have heard about how the US is "abusing" detainees, they need lawyers, follow the "rules, blah, blah,,
yet not a peep about this action by Hamas refusing to allow the Red Cross to do a 5 minute check of their Israeli soldier hostage. ( who is in a recognized army in an identifiable uniform with a chain of command...It's all the basics for Geneva protections...but the libs don't care about this story.
