I am not expecting Scooter to be the 'primary source'.
Further I think the hysterical accusation of the supposed outing of Plame was a diversion about Novak's original question regarding Wilson and his activities. The liberals were in the hunt of a 'trigger' for an independent counsel, as Rocky's memo declares.
We do not know who put together that memo and when it was delivered to Rocky's office. But it has a Clinton wall building 'Watergate' era mentality about it.
