So is there a chance Dean could be nailed as a plagiarist?

Out of curiosity, I went to the local Borders bookstore at lunchtime and looked at a copy of Molly Ivins' anti-Bush rant, "Shrub." It cited NO references and had NO footnotes. Is she a plagiarist? :-)
