Did you read the affidavit? The rape murder occured around 3-12-06 was reported to the Coalition by Iraqis close to or on the same day. The coalition thought it was the work of anti Iraqi forces, there is nothing said about what the Iraqis thought - it is reasonable to belive they might have known otherwise especially since Green had apparently been watching that girl for a while. That's reasonable as that type of act is often not spur of the moment.

I've read the affidavit. I've read the reports in the media. Heck I've even read the report on the Iraq Resistance website. BUT until the results of the investigation are released and the information is presented in court, all of it is pure speculation and heresay. I agree that it doesn't look good for Green but it didn't look good for Lt. Pantaro at this point in his investigation (whose incident occured in the SAME town as this one).

Affidavit?

REPORTED BY WHOM?!
(oops... silly me... "reported to the Coalition by Iraqis")
(I'm sure the Iraqi's accusing our troops are completely, 100% pro USA)

What BS.
