Dr. Charlotte A. Twight in her "Dependent on D.C." book & other economic analysts estimate the welfare payments and other social subsidies provided since President Johnson's Great Society exceed

$ 6 Trillion.

Isn't this enough? In addition to the lives lost during the Civil War?

The deficiency in your argument is that much of that six trillion went to subsidies for whites and other minorities as well as blacks.
True,a higher PROPORTION probably went to blacks but if you lived in San Francisco or Berkeley in the late Sixties,you would have seen many very white and very healthy looking hippies and their"old ladies"paying for their groceries with food stamps.

$ 6 Trillion.

Not one DAMN dime more should be paid. In fact I think victims of the descendant of slaves should file civil suits against any future reparations payments, for crimes committed against society, such as the wholesale destruction of big cities, school systems, the burden on the criminal justice system, the devailuation of property, focing of people to engage in White Flight... these are crimes being committed TODAY. There will be blood in the streets, and a new Civil War, if taxpayers have to start financing these street criminals more so than what we pay today.
