Send them a letter which states " When I was in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, all your McD's signs were in English, not Malay. When I was in Paris, your signs were in English, not French But I live in the USA, and now your signs are in Spanish. Dare we call it pandering? I think we indeed dare!
