But they learned to speak the language, and didn't have their hands out for government assistance, or demand that we adopt their cultures, or demand to fly their flag. What is the name of the "proposed" Hispanic region currently called California, Arizona, New Mexico, etc.? I need to find that map. I think Porterville may know where it is...
