It's not up to me to 'debunk' anything.

No charges have been laid against anyone, yet. Have you forgotten that whole 'presumption of innocence' thingy? It seems to really matter to you when it's a bunch of college kids in Durham, but when it's a guy you don't like out the window it goes.

Now if these guys are stealing I want them nailed and nailed hard.

But what I won't do is let some ABC reporter lead me around by the nose on the basis of a two minute long 'expose'.

That's what is so bothersome. The local abc news report was on April 27th. He had had plenty of time to clear this up.

It's too late to go through all the responses to this item, BUT:
I'll always honor Simcox et al for bringing the issue up to a level that got Congress' to take note...
I'll always remember my days with a non-profit organization and all of the fiscal pot holes it involved.
And, I don't ever remember being told that this fence was going to be anything other than a symbolic effort aimed at kick starting the US Govt....which as cited above, it seems to have done.

I also never donated a nickle...(To JR, my Freepathon check is in the mail).
