Those times are past. You have made the assertion that the Simcox fence is legal it is now up to you to show at least an example of that. If that fence were legal for private property then some version should be in the public domain. Why in the hell do you think Simcox isn't building that fence? He may be crazy enough to do it BUT his clients know damn good and well they are placing THEIR livelihood in jeopardy if the allow it. Now where are the pictures?
